Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. If you switch from monthly to yearly mid-cycle we will apply a prorated credit.
What does the lifetime plan include?
A single payment gives you access to Hosi360 and all future modules and updates with no recurring fee, for the life of the product.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa Paybill, bank transfer, and cheque. We issue an official KRA receipt for every payment.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We onboard your clinic, set up your departments and services, and train your team. All included.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit, backed up daily, and stored on secure servers. You can export your full data at any time.
